These weekly sessions are for people who want to have a first experience of meditation or those who want to take a slow approach in becoming more familiar and comfortable with their meditation practice.

There will be general explanations on meditation, and different techniques and methods are introduced to help develop more awareness and anchor us in the present moment.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions that may come up during their practice.
